One of the following OS must be installed: (*1)
- Windows NT Workstation 4.0 (Service Pack 4 or higher)
- Windows 2000 Professional
- Windows Me
- Windows XP
You must have FileMaker Pro version 5.0, 5.5, or 6.0 installed.
Additionally, installation requirements must be met for
the specific FileMaker Pro version you are using. The number
of serial ports (RS-232C) must correspond to the number
of Caller ID Adapters and a USB port must be available (*2).
Caller ID Adapter requirements must also be met (*3).
Memory: 128 MB minimum
*1...Windows NT/2000/XP is recommended for improved reliability.
*2...TELWatcher Server supports extended serial ports such
as USB/Serial adaptors and RS-232C interface boards.
*3...Your Caller ID Adapter must be a Rochelle Communications
Caller ID Adapter. Supported models are 2802, and 2045
