TELWatcher Professional is an epic-making CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) software that directly ties telephone communication with the FileMaker database. TELWatcher Professional is your most cost-effective office productivity and customer satisfaction solution.
Functions
1. Screen Pop-up
  TELWatcher Professional pop-ups display caller information from the customer database when receiving a call. With this capability, you can see caller data even before picking up the receiver.
2. Screen Transfer
  With TELWatcher Professional, you can easily transfer information and caller displays between client PCs. Both the incoming call and the caller data can be transferred without searching the database again.

* "Screen Transfer" function needs a static IP address on each TELWatcher Client PC.
3. Instant Messaging
  TELWatcher has a powerful, built-in Instant Messaging function. Unlike most Instant Messaging software, communication history is stored in TELWatcher’s database. You can freely search and sort this database at any time.
4. Incoming Call Reports
  You can rank and report on the number of calls received within specified dates/times. This information will help you manage your staff, increase productivity, and improve customer service.
5. Flexible Customization
  The database sections, created with a standard database product (i.e., FileMaker Pro), are customizable and non-restricted.
TELWatcher’s extremely flexible customization meets customer needs. This includes adding and changing items, changing layout designs, and the ability to operate with other systems.

6. Easily switchable Screen Pop-up ON / OFF
  TELWatcher Professional was developed with multi-tasking people in mind. For example, you can correspond on the phone while doing other work. In addition, you can assign hotkeys to execute functions, such as turning the Screen Pop-up On/Off and change the foreground application.

When you would like to temporarily turn the pop-up feature off, such as during ordinary phone use, you can easily switch it ON / OFF by navigating on the keyboard and screen. Even if the popup feature is ON, you can still choose to have the database screen appear or not appear as the foreground screen. For that reason, even if you are displaying information from another software program, your incoming telephone calls will not interrupt your operation.

7. Filter incoming call numbers(individualized setup possible for each PC)
  Requirements for the incoming call pop-up screen can be filtered according to incoming call numbers. Additionally, this customized filter feature can be setup on each computer and used for multiple applications. Examples include PCs used for order reception and bilingual information. Further, for applications that use multiple incoming call numbers, it is possible to limit incoming call displays to only show specified incoming call numbers. If you leave the “incoming call number” column blank, then you will get an incoming call display for all incoming calls.
   
 
8. Supports “one individual / multiple phone numbers”or“one phone number / multiple individuals”
  Relevant information from any phone number (including work, home, or cell phone numbers) can be displayed.

9. Perform script function
  When an incoming call is received, any user selected FileMaker Pro script can be automatically run. For example, automatic controls can be used to show a sales history display when a registered caller calls, or a registration screen (for unregistered callers) can be shown. You can also display a customer database in a customer support window, create a clientele database, or display an order list in an order window.

10. Sending e-mail messages
  Enter a message into your phone's incoming call history and send the message by e-mail. In addition to conveying messages accurately and quickly, you can also manage a database based on past correspondence.

* Your installed e-mail application must be compatible with "Send Mail Script Setup". Please refer to FileMaker Pro's Help function for details.
