- PAYMENT -
PayPal payment methods include credit card and bank account payments. You can use VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck. For credit card payments, include the card holder's full name and address, card number, and card expiration date.
- CURRENCIES -
You can purchase products in U.S. Dollars.
- DELIVERY -
The license key will be sent by e-mail.
- PROCESSING TIME FOR YOUR ORDER -
Processing of your order typically takes up to one business day. Occasionally it can take longer, but it should not be more than 3 business days. After processing KEY Planning USA, Inc. supplies the license key to register the software you purchased.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- REFUND AND RETURN POLICY -
KEY Planning USA offers no refunds or returns for electronic downloaded versions of their products. There is a 30 day return policy for unopened boxed merchandise and there are no returns for opened boxed merchandise.
- LICENSING TERMS -
Prior to placing your new or upgrade product orders, please read and accept the terms in the licensing agreement for each product. These agreements are included within evaluation versions downloadable from the KEY Planning USA Web site.
