KEY Planning (KEY Planning Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1994,
in Japan, with the goal to create breakthrough ("key")
products that lead to a new era.
KEY Planning focuses on the development of cost-effective,
customizable office applications that serve mainly small and
medium-size companies. Our core strengths are in system design,
serial (RS-232C) control, and web application technology.
These core strengths are at the roots of our innovative, cost-effective
products.
Although application customization is our main business, we
also provide unique, core-technology based solutions. Those
solutions are outlined below:

- Barcode Express: Barcode Automation Software
TELWatcher provides cost-effective CTI systems at a fraction
of competitor CTI system costs. In addition, because FileMaker
Pro serves as the database engine, you can freely customize
TELWatcher.
Barcode automation systems, like CTI sytems, have generally
been too costly for the small or medium-size business. Now,
KEY Planning's Barcode Express product provides small or
medium-size businesses with an innovative, cost-effective
barcode automation solution. Additionally, as with TELWatcher,
Barcode Express allows you to customize the database.
Recently, in order to further expand our business, we decided
to branchout internationally. KEY Planning USA, Inc. was
established in 2002 and a Silicon Valley office was opened
in 2003.
